In February of 2013 my friends Arlena, Javier and Filipe contacted me looking for some advice on getting a website put together for a food vendor business idea they had. What started initially as simply some consulting evolved into a full branding and web design project for Chiviteria Brooklyn, a unique and delicious sandwich shop.
Chris had excellent ideas every step of the way, presented us with different rounds of material in a very timely and professional manner, and honestly, went far above and beyond what any of us expected.

As a team we developed an identity that speaks to their combined personalities, cultural heritage and positions them as a modern and fresh company. The logo is a combination of the word-mark with a setting Uruguayan sun; Arlena, Javier and Filipe share a common heritage from Uruguay.
The website was built to help solidify the business idea for the purpose of applying to the highly competitive Smorgasburg, a food market that’s part of the Brooklyn Flea. Though their application didn’t make it through the first time they have a great product that I have personally taste tested and I’m certain once they earn the opportunity their chivito sandwiches are going to take off.
